Church Culture

  • Faith filled, Believing God's word that he has come to give us Abundant life, things may not get better but we will always get better. I Boldly approach God knowing he has my best interest at heart. We speak faith and encouragement into people's lives.

  • Yes and Amen, We are a vocal church, we AMEN!!! the preaching and the promises of God.

  • Praise Worship, Everyone engaged in Breakthrough praise with intimate, healing worship.

  • Vulnerability and Teachability, always be growing and learning, embracing correction from those that love us and letting others know about how you are growing and learning.

  • Fun, we are thankful in every situation, this is Gods will fo us. The Joy of the Lord is our strength.

  • Vibrant and excited, We have abundant life, and we have won the victory and we know it.

  • Smiling, Numbers 6:25 May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you.

  • Passionate, if we do something lets do it as if we are doing it for the Lord.

  • Loving, Giving people what they need, always making room for others to fail us and still be loved by us.

  • Authentic, Letting the people around you know how you are going.

  • Warm, always being kind in our approach to others, getting the Job done but always being people orientated not task orientated.

  • Encouraging, Always encouraging others, choosing to articulate life giving words and always focussing on peoples strengths and building them up.

  • Discipleship, taking time out to have the real conversations about peoples real problems and pointing them to Jesus.

  • Being present, every time someone is speaking publicly, or having personal conversation or running a team meeting we are 100% present, listening and adding value to the person speaking.

  • Thankfulness, continually saying thankyou to everyone for every little thing they do.

  • Generosity, we believe in seeking first the kingdom in our finances. We believe in the principle and promise of tithing, Malachi 3:10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it. We believe God wants us to be generous on every occasion. 2 corinthians 9:11 You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.

Our priorities

1 John 4

20 Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.

Hebrews 6:10

"For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers, as you still do.”

Love God love people.

Romans 12

3 Because of the privilege and authority God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us. 4 Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, 5 so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other.

James 5

13 Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. 14 Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. 16 Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.

John 4

23 But the time is coming—indeed it’s here now—when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship him that way. 24 For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.”

Psalm 150

1 Praise the LORD! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heaven! 2 Praise him for his mighty works; praise his unequaled greatness! 3 Praise him with a blast of the ram’s horn; praise him with the lyre and harp! 4 Praise him with the tambourine and dancing; praise him with strings and flutes! 5 Praise him with a clash of cymbals; praise him with loud clanging cymbals. 6 Let everything that breathes sing praises to the LORD! Praise the LORD!

Community & Gathering

Matthew 16

18 I will build my church (gathering of believers), and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.

Acts 2

42 All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer. 43 A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders. 44 And all the believers met together in one place and shared everything they had. 45 They sold their property and possessions and shared the money with those in need. 46 They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity— 47 all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.

Hebrews 10

23 Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. 24 Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. 25 And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.

The Word of God

Proverbs 30

5 Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.

2 Timothy 3

16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realise what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.

Hebrews 4

12 For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires.
